Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Terms: Gift Certificate must be used within 12 months of receiving. No cash value. Can be transferred upon request. Minimum purchase must be 2 hrs worth of cleaning; ie: $75 per visit. Must give 48 hrs notice to book cleaning. Must be redeemed online via jennspantry.ca/gift-card . Register your gift card by creating a personal account on jennspantry.ca . Jenn's pantry is not responsible for and does not replace lost or stolen gift cards. You agree not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is harmful to Jenn's pantry, its affiliates, or its customers. Jenn's pantry reserves the right without notice to refuse to accept a Gift Card and to take further action including but not limited to balance forfeiture and suspension or termination of Accounts. Strictly prohibited activities include but are not limited to the following: a. Sell or exchange a Gift Card for cash; b. Purchase a Gift Card from an unauthorized third party; c. Use a Gift Card to purchase ineligible goods and services; d. Redeem a Gift Card amount if you are not the purchaser or the intended recipient; e. Tamper with a Gift Card or Gift Card packaging; f. Copy Gift Card(s) numbers, including redemption numbers and activation and PIN codes, without purchase. g. Drain a Gift Card before the purchaser uses the funds; h. Use a bot(s) or similar technology to check Gift Card balances online or through an Interactive Voice Response (IVR); i. Use a Gift Card for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
